TERMS OF SERVICE — RoamFree

These terms govern your purchase from RoamFree ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices are listed in your local currency where available. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been forwarded to our supplier for fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly — this is almost always faster than a bank or card dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution, and we reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with the relevant payment provider, including by providing evidence of order fulfillment and these terms.
Free worldwide shipping applies to orders of $100 NZD or more. Orders under $100 NZD will incur a shipping charge at checkout.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Some destinations may take longer. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.
If your RoamFree collar arrives defective or develops a genuine fault through normal use, contact us within 3 months of delivery. If we confirm the fault, we will provide return shipping to our factory/warehouse at no cost to you, and will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
This does not affect your rights under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country, which may give you rights regardless of this policy (for example, if a product is faulty or not fit for purpose). These terms do not exclude or limit those rights.
If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand, your own country's consumer protection laws may also apply and may give you different or additional rights to those described here — for example, the Consumer Rights Act in the UK, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in the EU or elsewhere. Nothing in these terms is intended to override those rights.
PRODUCT USE & SAFETY — IMPORTANT
RoamFree is a GPS fence collar designed to keep dogs within a boundary you set. It works in two stages: a warning correction as your dog approaches the boundary, followed by a stronger correction if they continue past it.
- Fit the collar correctly and check it regularly for comfort and signs of irritation.
- Supervise your dog during initial training so they learn to respond to the warning stage.
- This product is not a substitute for proper fencing in high-risk situations (e.g. near busy roads) and is not suitable for puppies, elderly dogs, or dogs with certain health or behavioural conditions — if in doubt, consult your vet before use.
- Discontinue use and contact us if your dog shows signs of distress beyond normal training response.
RoamFree is intended for healthy adult dogs of a suitable size and temperament for the product, used in accordance with the guidance above and any instructions included with the product. We are not liable for harm, injury, or unintended outcomes resulting from use on a dog the product was not intended for (e.g. puppies, toy breeds, or dogs with relevant health/behavioural conditions), or from use that does not follow the included instructions.
By purchasing, you confirm you understand how the product works and agree to use it as intended and described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to situations where a dog escapes a set boundary due to signal interference, incorrect setup, or failure to follow the safety guidance above.
This limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law in your country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights under your local consumer protection law that this clause cannot override.
All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by RoamFree or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our consent.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
